Sound travel
The drum is a percussion instrument that produces rhythmic vibrations. Playing the drum creates a regular rhythm that can induce a meditative state, promoting relaxation, stress reduction andharmonization of energies. The drum is also used to stimulate creativity andintuition.
Tuning fork frequency 136.1 Hz is widely used in sound healing for its many benefits. It can help reduce stress, harmonize the body’s energies, improve concentration, relieve pain and stimulate the immune system.

The crystal bowl is made from pure quartz and emits a clear, vibrant sound. When the bowl is rubbed with a mallet, it produces a resonance that spreads through the air and penetrates our bodies. The sound of the crystal bowl has a soothing effect on our nervous system, promoting deep relaxation, stress reduction andimproved concentration.
The Tibetan bowl is a precious metal alloy instrument that emits a richly harmonic sound. The vibrations emitted by the Tibetan bowl have the ability to penetrate deep into our bodies, reaching every cell and tissue. These vibrations act like a sound massage, releasing muscular tension and energy blockages. They also help to balance all energy centers,release repressed emotions, promote mental clarity and improve concentration.

I’ve done two retreats with Lila from EYA Retreats and have been just as welcome in Brussels as at Uzès❣️ I really like the style of yoga Lila teaches 🤓💪😌 The props provided, the options offered according to each guest’s abilities, the structure and variety of the classes, the delicious vegan meals, the family atmosphere and the superb outdoor activities have convinced me to sign up for a third retreat 🙊 Let’s hope I’ll be as well received and looked after in Algeria as I was in Belgium and France 🤗
I had a wonderful stay in a place where you feel good, with the scent of jasmine that soothed me from the moment I woke up, and a magnificent landscape all around. A warm and friendly welcome from Lila, the yoga and pilates instructor, who took the time to explain and, if necessary, correct our postures during the classes, but above all who always listened to us and gave us good advice. She showed us around this beautiful region, whether in the countryside or in the towns. Every day I had the chance to eat incredible vegetarian meals prepared with passion by Lila’s mother and cousin. This break of a few days allowed me to let go and feel at peace with myself. A lovely, gentle interlude that was enriching in human, physical and mental terms! Completely new to yoga/plilates, I discovered myself thanks to Lila’s generosity and encouragement, capable of performing complicated postures. I loved letting go during sound baths. I loved discovering healthy, tasty meals. Meditating, exchanging and sharing while discovering simply magical places helped me to soothe a certain “personal anger”, and for that I thank EYA. I’ll be happy to repeat the experience.
I’ve done 2 retreats with Lila and it’s not over yet, it was great! You come out reenergized for the months ahead. Her yoga is top-notch, progressive in intensity, hyper global and varied. A yoga retreat in Uzès at the top! Thanks Lila! A great balance between yoga sessions and time in nature, between rest and self-transcendence, between solo calm and moments of sharing. It was a truly replenishing few days! We had such a great time with the whole team, and so much good food in our stomachs!
This 3-day retreat in Brussels is incredible. We let ourselves be carried along by the kind-hearted Lila, who cooked us vegan dishes throughout. I hadn’t practiced yoga for years, and here too, everything is modulated and adapted through quality teaching. The apartment, a real cocoon, allowed us to disconnect in a beautiful energy. I discovered sound healing and the therapeutic tuning fork, and was able to observe the benefits of relaxation and in-the-moment emotional release. A true parenthesis of sisterhood that gave rise to some fascinating exchanges. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful retreat in Brussels with Lila. First experience and not the last! Warm welcome, I felt at ease right away. A wonderful person who knows her job inside out, which is very reassuring for a beginner like me to leave with a solid foundation. A surprisingly beneficial retreat for a yoga novice like me. The moments shared in a magnificent setting, combined with alternating yoga and Pilates sessions led by Lila, who is characterized by her kindness, gentleness, attentiveness and professionalism, made for a perfect stay. Added to this was the attention and delicious food concocted by two touching, caring women and the group of sensitive, open-minded guests. This stay allowed me to replenish myself physically and emotionally, to release tension and take the time to breathe (literally and figuratively!) Thank you Lila and all the team, thank you EYA.
